The Dubai Quality Award, initiated in 1994, is based on the Excellence Model used by the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). This award is presented to organizations from different sectors of the economy, such as manufacturing, service, tourism, construction, finance, professional, healthcare, higher education, and trade.
